Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences, is recognised by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Distance Education Council(DEC) and University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f). The university is offering various education programs in association with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) and Manipal Universal Learning, as a part of its efforts to bring education to masses and fulfil the growing demand for software professionals.
